Aus der 'Typologie der schwierigen Kunden': Der Nicht-Zuhörer, der Sparer, der Duzer, der Unhöfliche, der Zweifler, der Arrogante, der Eilige, der Widerling, der Aufdringliche, der Verkäuferfixierte, der Experte, der Schwätzer, der Streitsuchende. Die in diesem Buch geschilderten Typen, ihre Charakterbeschreibungen und die Kaufsituationen sind an eigenen Erlebnissen orientierte, aber phantasievoll überspitzte Sichtweisen jüngerer Mitarbeiter im Verkauf. Aber auch sie kennen bereits der oberste Gebot der Kommunikation: "Der Kunde ist königlicher Gast! Wir leben mit ihm - und von seiner Kaufkraft." Dieser Ratgeber entstand aufgrund einer Initiative von aufgeweckten Auszubildenden, die den schulischen Teil ihrer Ausbildung auf dem mediacampus frankfurt - die schulen des deutschen buchhandels verbrachten. Der Titel wurde als kursübergreifendes Projekt zwischen 2009 bis 2011 realisiert.
