Synopsis

After receiving many requests for help with self-confidence problems I became inspired to develop one of the most powerful ways to help build confidence and assertiveness. I developed a method that did not use hypnotherapy or subliminals, where self-assurance and a sense of efficacy would be increased along with the inclusion of affirmations.

Lots of literature encourages you that an affirmation is a life-changing tool! How wrong they are! If you really want to enhance your self-esteem then how are you going to be confident that the so-called affirmation is the right one for you? Correct and repeated use of an affirmation can be life-changing, but it's a lot of repetition and that can be a bore and a chore. If there was a simpler way to incorporate these into your life then surely you would prefer that, yes? Indeed, your wish has come true! Now there is a way that does away with all of the hard work, all by use of up to date methods.

Imagine you are one of those birds in cage that repeats, word-for-word what it is taught. This is how some people chant their affirmations, they are not actually taking in what is being said, they are just recreating the sounds of the words without any conscious application. There has to be a conscious effort applied in order for an affirmation to work, but now that can all be done away with when you use this new method that bypasses the usual neural routes when you use my "Ultimate Confidence & Ego Boost CD".

In order for you to discover the difference between just repeating an affirmation and how it can be used as a potent life-changing tool, I am giving you seventy confidence and ego-boosting affirmations.

These affirmations are not the usual affirmations that are, at times, riddled, with negative words or phrases. The affirmations in this simple 7 day plan have been filtered and then filtered again, double filtered, to ensure they work only in a positive way.

However, how you use these affirmations will determine how successful they will be for you. Just saying them word for word is wasteful of both your time and effort. Intensity and focus are the key words when using affirmations. Simply saying them under your breath without application of mindfulness simply demotes them to nothing more than the spoken word.

To make an affirmation work for you there has to be a certain amount of belief in what you are doing, sing them out aloud if you can or even recite them as if you were on stage and performing a rehearsal for what is to come later on ... a new you.

Admittedly, it may seem a little odd at first and you may seem self-conscious about how you are saying the affirmations ... that’s fine. But in time you will find that by day 7 you will have changed how you are within and will feel a level of confidence coming over you that takes you to a new place within you.

These affirmations have been designed in such a way that each day you use them they lead you to a higher level of confidence.

Try using the affirmations, say or sing them out aloud two or three times daily and then if you also use my "Ultimate Confidence & Ego Boost CD" you will see the difference, although I am sure that by time you have performed these affirmations that you will feel confident enough to tackle just about any situation in life.
