A small town sheriff arrests a man responsible for killing an innocent man in a card game. The murderer's father, a wealthy, ruthless land owner, uses his gang of gunfighters to try and get his son out of jail, putting the town in the middle of a huge battle. The sheriff is trapped and unable to get his prisoner out of town or any help in until a mysterious stranger rides into town. Is he the miracle the town's been waiting for? Or is he the newest gun in the powerful rancher's stable? The sheriff tries to hold on to his prisoner at all costs against impossible odds leading to an explosive final showdown.
