Do you know what you’ll be doing next year? Four friends—Hope, Sam, Virginia, and Nicole—all thought they did. Hope would still be slogging it out as a working mom, snatching quality time with husband Marc and her two small children. Her sister Sam was going to be the acclaimed boss of a record label, turning heads as the toughest, most brilliant music mogul around. So each one sets out for a little R & R at the new Clouds Hill spa, built by an American woman with her own secret turmoil. It is there that Mel, Cleo, and Daisy meet -- their worlds and troubles colliding -- forming an intimate bond that helps them to realize what matters most in life, always and forever.

Izzie Silver -- a warmhearted Irishwoman with a mane of chestnut hair and a zest for life -- is a New York success story, a highly successful booking agent at a top-notch modeling agency.
