Stephanie Dale is an award winning journalist who has taken two very long walks over a six year period. In 2005 she walked the mystical road of Santiago de Compostela. Then in 2007 she makes the life changing pilgrimage from home country Mullumbimby, Australia by way of London, Rome and Istanbul to her final destination Jerusalem. Dale does not take the pilgrimage alone. She is joined by her son, Ben, no stranger to traveling by foot no less, on a journey that take her through many lands and experiences and ultimate in self discovery. Some aspects of the journey are not very pretty and some are breath- taking in scope and description. My Pilgrim's Heart is for anyone who loves the writing of such authors as, Elizabeth Gilbert or Paulo Coelho. See the world in a way you never thought possible through the eyes of a woman determined to grow.
