Fishermen's cottages have been changed into fine hotels and fishing vessels to serve the tourists. Previously the beaches were quiet. This day tourists from all around the world have conquered the beaches. Modern tourism has brought new momentum to Pattaya. The Pattaya city has cleaned it's image during the recent years. Family tourism has grown a lot. Still Pattaya has maintained its reputation as one of the worlds most famous nightlife destinations.
