The life of a Viking named Gor who get shipwrecked after five years returns home to his village, sees to the welfare of his family and becomes head of his village through his deeds, changes made in village and raids the men of the village go on, upon returning with their merchandise and female prisoners the life the women must go threw as slaves to the village. How women must act to their masters and they can get relief from their torment by marrying the village men if they want them. Along with raids made on their village by other Viking villages and how men must go after their women once they are captured by the other village. How in the end Gor sees to the welfare of his family and sees to their safety before their village is attack by soldiers from the countries the Vikings have raided.
