Maxwell Tower was built without a thirteenth floor, for superstitions reasons. It is controlled by Max, a sentient computer, able to create his own thirteenth floor which he uses to punish those who have wronged his tenants. He lures them into the lift and takes them to the thirteenth floor, where he unleashes all manner of horrors on them. Max always makes sure the punishment fits the crime, and sometimes people get hurt. Really hurt …
