About the Author
Todd Cambio is a Certified Sports Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is the owner of Precision Fitness, LLC where he specializes in Sports Performance Training and Human Movement. Todd holds a BS in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island as well as a BA in Secondary Education and Biology from Rhode Island College.
For over 10 years Todd has used his healing and performance methods to educate athletes on fueling tactics and training modes for optimal performance. He is a former college football player and nationally ranked BMX racer.
