He spent time in charge of Swindon Town and Lincoln City before being approached and subsequently appointed as national team coach for Ethiopia. The book charts his remarkable journey across Africa and highlights Onuora's personal experience of the poverty, problems and passion of a nation that yearns success on the football field.
