This workbook is a shorter version of Who Are You? that delivers the basic teachings over a structured, seven-day period. As with the book’s full edition, the aim here is to take a look at questions that help an individual understand and know him/herself better. For this 7 Day Challenge, you should do the seven days consecutively, not here and there with days in between. So be sure to find a week when your routine is not likely to be interrupted. Before you know it, you'll be Journaling for the Self of It!

Download options matter when:
